149.18 SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES.

(a) The Civil Service Commission shall no longer serve as the Civil Service Commission for the Brooklyn City School District Board of Education, including for the purposes of examinations and creation of certified eligible lists.

(b) Subsection (a) hereof is specifically intended to supersede state code provisions requiring that the Civil Service Commission serve as the commission for the Brooklyn City School District Board of Education.
