933.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Brooklyn shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Brooklyn may contract with the Cuyahoga Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
