707.03 VEHICLE TITLE LOAN FACILITY.

No Vehicle Title loan facility shall be located within one thousand (1,000) feet of any other Vehicle Title Loan Facility as measured at the closest property lines, and the number of such facilities may not exceed one per every ten thousand (10,000), or portion thereof, of the population of the City.
