The Economic Development Committee shall hold meetings on a date and time subject to the call of the Mayor. All meetings shall follow an agenda which will be published, posted and distributed 48 hours before the meeting to the members of the Economic Development Committee, the Mayor, the members of Council, the Finance Director and the Law Director at their City mail slots. All meetings shall be public, according to Ohio R.C. 121.11, and minutes of all meetings shall be kept. No action shall be taken or recommendation made to Council except by a vote of a simple majority of its members in the affirmative.
