707.02 PAYDAY LOAN FACILITY.

No Payday loan facility shall be located within one thousand (1,000) feet of any other Payday Loan Facility as measured at the closest property lines, and the number of such facilities may not exceed one per every ten thousand (10,000), or portion thereof, of the population of the City.
