149.07 JURY DUTY LEAVE.

Any full-time, City employee who is called for jury duty, either Federal, County or Municipal, shall suffer no loss of pay, less any compensation received from such court for jury duty, as provided for in the Ohio Revised Code. (Ord. 2020-14. Passed 3-23-20.)
