763.17 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
   If for any reason one or more sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or other parts of this chapter are held by any court to be illegal, unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such holding or judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remaining provisions of this chapter, but shall be confined in its operation to the specific sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses, or other parts of the chapter held or adjudged invalid, and the invalidity of any sections, paragraph, sentence, clause, or part of this chapter in any one or more instances shall not attest or prejudice in any way the validity of this chapter in any other instance.
