145.01 CHIEF BUILDING OFFICIAL.

The Building Commissioner shall serve as the chief building official provided for under the Ohio Revised Code and shall have full authority to enforce all local and state laws, statutes and regulations applicable to building construction, pursuant to certification approved by the Ohio Board of Building Standards. (Ord. 2022-6. Passed 3-28-22.)
