1501.01 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this Part Fifteen - Fire Prevention Code, certain terms are defined as follows:

   (a)   “Municipality” means the City of Brooklyn.

   (b)   “Bureau of Fire Prevention” or “Fire Division” means the Fire Division of the City.

   (c)   “Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention” or “Fire Chief” means the Chief of the Fire Division of the City.

   (d)   “Nationally recognized good practice” means the limitations and conditions set forth in the National Fire Codes of the National Fire Protection Association or in the standards and publications listed in Appendix A of the Ohio Fire Code.
