Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the City shall have full authority to enforce the National Electrical Code and all laws, statutes and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code pursuant to NFPA No. 70 so that all electrical materials and installations in structures subject to inspection shall be in accordance with the requirements of that code, as it may be amended from time to time.
