141.01 PERSONNEL.

(a) The Division of Police within the Department of Public Safety of the City of Brooklyn shall not exceed forty persons, inclusive of all ranks, as its full complement of personnel.

(b) There may be a total of seven or fewer sergeants in the Division of Police.
