(a) There is hereby established a soccer program at the Recreation Department. The actual dates for the program shall be established by the Recreation Commissioner. The program may be repeated as required.

(b) The fee for such a course shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
(c) In addition to the registration fee, there is a charge per person as provided by Council from time to time for connection with those players who participate in travel league.
