(a) Eighteen classes will be offered at the Brooklyn Natatorium and Outdoor Swim Complex. The fee range for such a course of swimming instruction shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
(b) Lifeguarding Classes shall be conducted for a period of 27½ - 35 hours. The fee range for such a course of swimming instruction shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
(c) The fee range for participation in physical education classes conducted at the Natatorium shall be as provided by Council from time to time.
(d) Class rates of instruction to be determined by the Recreation Commissioner and City Finance Director.
