On the regularly scheduled garbage collection day, residents shall place recyclable materials in the blue 64 gallon automated "Toter" container(s) with the arrows facing the street and no more than three feet from the curb and at least three to five feet from your automated garbage container. All persons residing in residential dwelling units in the City of Brooklyn affected by this section, shall place their recyclable material in the appropriate recycling container and keep such material separate from their other garbage and refuse.
