763.11 TRANSFER OF LICENSES.

No transfer of a teen dance club license shall be permitted except with the consent of the Director of Public Safety, which consent shall be endorsed upon the license and transferred on the books of the Department of Public Safety, and only after the applicant applying for the transfer of any such license has complied with all the provisions of this chapter relating to initial license applications.
