Every person, society, club, firm, organization, corporation, or other legal entity, desiring a license to operate a teen dance club must make personal application to the Director of Public Safety for a license. Each application shall contain the information set forth below in Section 763.07 and shall be on a form prescribed by the Director. The Director shall issue the license within twenty days following the date the application is received, unless cause exists as provided in Section 763.09 below to deny the license. Upon receiving a license to operate a teen dance club, the owner or operator shall post the license in a conspicuous place at the teen dance club.
