Effective immediately every applicant for a Certificate of Registration shall pay a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to the Building Commissioner for each certification held concurrently with the filing of the application(s), and if working in the City without registration the fee shall be doubled, which sums shall be deposited to the General Fund of the City.
