539.21 SALES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale any article, thing, privilege or service in the Park or in any playground without a permit therefor from the Mayor and the Safety Director.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
