539.20 AMUSEMENT FOR GAIN; COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES.

(a) No amusement for gain or for which a charge is made shall be conducted in the Park or in any playground without the consent of the Mayor and the Safety Director.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
