539.19 FOOD OR BEVERAGES IN POOL AREA.
   (a)   No person shall handle, possess or consume food or beverages inside the pool area. (Ord. 1970-10. Passed 5-25-70.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
