539.18 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (a)   No person shall have in his or her possession, custody or control any alcoholic beverage of any kind within the Park or in any playground.
(Ord. 1970-10. Passed 5-25-70.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
