(a) No person shall injure, deface or destroy any notice of the rules and regulations for the government of the Park or any playground which has been posted or permanently fixed by order or permission of the Recreation Board or the Director of Public Service, nor shall any person injure, deface, remove or destroy any label or other sign from or on the Park or any playground that has been placed there by the Recreation Board or the Director of Public Service. (b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
