539.12 FIREARMS.

(a) No person, except police officers or other law enforcement officers, shall carry any air rifle, bow and arrow, sling shot or missile throwing device, in the parks or playgrounds, or discharge any firearms, fireworks, or explosive substances or an air rifle.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
