(a) The following acts are prohibited in the Park or in any playground: sleeping or protracted lounging on the seats, benches or grass; loud, boisterous, threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language; disorderly conduct or behavior; lewd or lascivious behavior; or any act tending to a breach of the public peace.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
