539.07 SWINGS AND HAMMOCKS.
   (a)   No person shall hang or swing a swing or hammock in the Park or in any playground.
(Ord. 1970-10. Passed 5-25-70.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
