539.06 CLIMBING TREES; SITTING UPON MONUMENTS.

(a) No person shall climb any tree or walk, stand or sit upon any monument, vase, fountain, railing, fence or coping in the Park or in any playground.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
