539.05 OPERATION OF ENGINE DRIVEN MODEL AIRPLANES.

(a) No person shall operate, or permit to be operated, any engine driven model airplane in the Park or any playground except in areas specifically designated as suitable for such activities by the Recreation Board.
(Ord. 1970-10. Passed 5-25-70.)

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
