§ 130.02 DISCHARGING PROJECTILES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot, fire or discharge any gun, pistol, rifle, shotgun or any other firearm or any air rifle, BB gun, pellet gun or similar instrument, or to throw with any slingshot, a leaden bullet, slug, missile, or any other hard substance anywhere within the limits of the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person 18 years of age or younger within the limits of the city to have in his or her possession any of the instruments mentioned in division (A) above.
   (C)   Any instrument found in the violation of this section shall be confiscated and destroyed in accordance with state law.

§ 130.03 POSSESSION OR USE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY MINORS PROHIBITED.
   No person being the owner, occupant or otherwise having care, custody or control of any property located in the city shall knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 years to remain on such property while in the possession of any alcoholic beverage or while consuming any alcoholic beverage.

§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1) Violation by a minor of the provisions of § 130.01 of this chapter shall constitute a public offense as contemplated in the provisions of KRS 635.010 et seq. and a complaint filed against a minor for such a violation shall be proceeded against in accordance with the provisions of KRS 635.010, 635.020, 635.060, 635.070, 635.080, 635.085 and 635.100.
      (2)   Any parent or guardian violating § 130.01 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of no more that $500 or imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months or both.
   (C)   Whoever violates § 130.02 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500.
   (D)   Any person found to be in violation of § 130.03 of this chapter shall be fined not more than $300 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days or both.
