§ 115.05 ISSUANCE; TRANSFERABILITY.
   (A)   Every license issued under this chapter shall be issued for a period of one year from May 1 through April 30 of the following year.
   (B)   No license for live entertainment shall be assigned or transferred without the approval and consent of the Chief of Police and only after receipt by the Chief of an application from the transferee complying with § 115.03 of this chapter.
