§ 115.99 PENALTY.

Any violation of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction in the county’s District Court, result in a punishment of a fine up to $200 and up to 30 days imprisonment in the county jail or both. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
