§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
   (B)   Any person found to be in violation of the provisions of § 112.35 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
      (1)   Any person, firm, corporation, partnership, joint venture or sole proprietorship which fails to post signs required in § 112.36 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, or more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
      (2)   Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or joint venture which fails to prohibit the drinking of any alcoholic beverage on a parking lot adjacent, adjoining or connected with a package liquor retail sales outlet as required by § 112.37 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, or more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
