(A) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or joint venture shall prohibit the drinking of any alcoholic beverage on a parking lot adjacent, adjoining or connected with a package liquor retail sales outlet.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or joint venture which has erected and properly maintained and lighted a sign as required by § 112.36 of this chapter, shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
