§ 37.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) (1) For each false alarm drop over the two alarm limit provided in § 37.01(A) of this chapter, the civil penalty referred to in § 37.01(B) of this chapter shall be $50 per drop.

(2) In addition to the civil penalty provided in division (B)(1) above, any person who violates any provision of § 37.01 of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250.
