No person shall operate any motor vehicle, except when necessary for safe operation, or in compliance with law, in such a manner that the vehicle is so rapidly accelerated or started from a stopped position, or in the shifting of gears while in motion, that the exhaust system emits a loud, cracking or chattering noise unusual to its normal operation, or that the rubber tires of such vehicle squeal or leave tire marks on the roadway, commonly known as “peeling”.
(A) No operator of a motor vehicle or motorcycle shall, within 500 feet of an intersection at which a traffic control signal or device has been installed, drive across or through property not open for use as a public street and thereby transfer the operation of the motor vehicle or motorcycle from the street which was originally traveled to another street.
(B) This section shall have no application where the operation prohibited in division (A) of this section has been directed by a police officer, or by appropriate traffic control signals or devices, or if the person operating the motor vehicle or motorcycle has stopped the same and shut off the engine on such property not devoted to use as a public street.

(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle upon any street or highway in a weaving or zigzag course unless such irregular course is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law.
(B) No person shall operate a motor vehicle or motorcycle without giving his or her full time and attention to the operation of such vehicle.

(A) No person shall operate any motor vehicle without due regard for the safety and rights of pedestrians, drivers and occupants of all other vehicles, and so as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person while such person is in the lawful use of any public school facility or grounds in the municipality.
(B) No person shall operate a motor vehicle in and upon school drives, grounds or parking areas at a speed greater or less than is reasonable or proper, having due regard to the traffic, surface and width of any driveway or parking area, and of any other condition then existing, and no person shall drive any motor vehicle in and upon any school drive, grounds or parking place at a greater speed than will permit stopping within the assured clear distance ahead.
(C) No person shall move a motor vehicle which is stopped, standing or parked on the grounds, parking areas or drives of any public school unless such movement can be made with reasonable safety.
(D) Before backing, operators of motor vehicles shall give ample warning, and while backing shall exercise vigilance not to injure any person or property on school grounds, parking areas or drives.
(E) No person shall park or drive any motor vehicle anywhere on the grounds of a public school in the municipality, without written permission of an official or employee of such school, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m.
(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle, snowmobile, or all-purpose vehicle upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, when an appropriate sign giving notice of such use is posted on the path.
(B) Nothing in this section shall be construed to affect any rule of the Director of Natural Resources governing the operation of motor vehicles, snowmobiles, all-purpose vehicles, and bicycles on lands under the Director’s jurisdiction.
(C) If the offender commits the offense while distracted and the distracting activity is a contributing factor to the commission of the offense, the offender is subject to the additional fine established under § 404.99(C).
