§ 432.28 ONE-WAY STREETS AND ROTARY TRAFFIC ISLANDS.
   (A)   Upon a roadway designated and posted with signs for one-way traffic, a vehicle shall be driven only in the direction designated.
   (B)   A vehicle passing around a rotary traffic island shall be driven only to the right of the rotary traffic island.
   (C)   If the offender commits the offense while distracted and the distracting activity is a contributing factor to the commission of the offense, the offender is subject to the additional fine established under § 404.99(C).
