The base fee for new construction shall be based on 1% of the construction value.
(A) Commercial construction permit fee is $100 or 1% of the construction value whichever is larger.
(B) Residential construction permit fee is $100 or 1% of construction value whichever is larger.
(C) Solar energy system defer to § 1449.08(BB).
