Any person violating any of the provisions of this §§ 33.20 through 33.24, upon conviction thereof, may be sentenced to pay a fine not to exceed $100 as determined within the discretion of the Court. Any act which is a violation of §§ 33.20 through 33.24, and which, by its nature, is continuous shall be deemed a separate violation for each day such violation exists.
