§ 33.24 PREPARATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF AGENDA FOR SPECIAL MEETING.
   The Town Clerk, together with the assistance of the Town Attorney, as may be required, shall prepare and distribute an agenda for each special meeting of a town organization. The Clerk shall promptly deliver a copy of the agenda to the members of the organization and make it available to interested parties, and shall post a copy of the agenda in the same manner as provided for giving public notice by § 33.23. The Clerk shall provide additional copies of the agenda for the public as may be reasonably required. No business shall be transacted at a special meeting other than that which is stated in the public notice thereof.
