§ 33.20 REQUEST FOR SPECIAL MEETING WHEN A TOWN ORGANIZATION IS NOT IN SESSION.
   Whenever a board, commission, committee, agency and other organization of the town is not in session, a member of that organization may request an assembly and call for the convening of a special meeting of the organization when it is not in session by signing and dating a written request therefor and delivering the request to the Town Clerk for immediate presentation to the organization’s remaining members. A sample form that may be used by the member of such organization to request a special meeting is set forth in Appendix B, which Appendix is made and declared to be a part of this enactment.
