§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 90.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A).

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 90.03 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each and every day during or on which a violation occurs.
