(A) Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CONSTRUCTION DUMPSTER. A large container provided by waste haulers for wastes resulting from cleanup projects, and construction projects, and utilized for the removal of paper, cartons, boxes, barrels, wood, excelsior, tree branches, yard trimmings, wood furniture and bedding, and noncombustible trash, including, but not limited to, metals, tin cans, metal furniture, dirt, small quantities of rock and pieces of concrete, glass, crockery, and other mineral wastes.
DUMPSTER. A covered container provided by waste haulers for wastes resulting from the handling, preparation, cooking, and consumption of food, and wastes resulting from the handling, storage, and sale of produce. No DUMPSTER/CONTAINER used for such purpose shall be larger than two cubic yards.

(B) Collection requirements.
(1) Collections shall be made once each week for a dumpster that is two cubic yards, or less.
(2) Collections for a construction dumpster shall be made at least once every 30 days.

(C) Prohibited acts and conditions.
(1) Tampering with dumpsters/containers or contents. It shall be unlawful for any person to molest, remove, handle, or otherwise disturb the containers, or contents; provided, that this division (C)(1) does not apply to the owner, occupant, lessee, or tenant of the residence or dwelling so placing the container and contents.
(2) Windblown deposit. Refuse shall not be placed so that it can be moved about or scattered by the wind or elements.
(3) Combustible conditions. No person shall place in any container or dumpster any material which may be likely to take fire or cause a fire.
(4) Unlawful disposal. No person shall dump any garbage, refuse, ashes, or other waste product of any description as may be considered a hazardous material. All hazardous materials shall be disposed of in a lawful and environmentally safe procedure.
