§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person violating § 50.03(A) without authority from the Public Works Manager shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) per offense.
      (2)   Any person violating § 50.03(B) without authority shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) per offense.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 50.04 shall be subject to a fine of up to $100 for each violation.

   (D)   Any person violating § 50.19 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day during which a violation continues or exists.

   (E)   Any person violating § 50.20 shall be subject to immediate arrest under the charge of “criminal damage to property.”

   (F)   (1)   (a)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 50.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
         (b)   1.   Any person who shall tap-on, connect, or otherwise make use of the sanitary system without first obtaining a sewer permit shall be subject to a fine for violation of §§ 50.15 through 50.21 as provided in § 10.99(A).
            2.   After written notice to disconnect such illegal tap, and upon failure to disconnect, each day thereafter such violation continues shall constitute a separate violation of §§ 50.15 through 50.21.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 50.15 through 50.21 shall become liable to the village by reason of such violation.

   (G)   The owner or authorized agent of the owner responsible for the maintenance of the plumbing systems in the building, who knowingly permits a violation as set out in §§ 50.35 through 50.41 to remain uncorrected after the expiration of the time set shall, upon conviction thereof by the Circuit Court of Macoupin County or Jersey County, Illinois, be required to pay a fine as provided in § 10.99(A) for each violation. Each day of failure to comply with the requirements of §§ 50.35 through 50.41, after the specified time, shall constitute a separate violation.

   (H)   Any person known as a water user or a water and sewer user and/or property owner of the village found guilty of violating any terms of § 50.62(B) shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) in the event § 50.62(B) is required to be enforced in any court of the state.

   (I)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of § 50.63 or any amendments or additions thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A) for such violation, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed for each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
