   (B)   Village consent required. It shall be illegal for any person to permit multiple water or sewer hookups through one single connection to the water system or the sewer system, as the case may be, without the written consent of the Water and Sewer Department. In the event multiple water hookups or sewer connections are made without the consent of the Water and Sewer Department, the village shall have the authority to require the water user or sewer user to disconnect the hookup which was installed without the consent of the village.
      (3)   In the alternative, the village may still give its consent to multiple hookups for water or sewer for one connection and charge the appropriate connection fee for water or sewer, as the case may be, or for both, at the rate established for the water connection charge and sewer connection charge.
   (C)   Water and sewer charges.
