§ 116.081 LICENSE REQUIRED; LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of a pawnbroker in the city without having previously obtained a license to operate as a pawnbroker in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
      (2)   Such person shall make application for a license to the Department in such form as the Department shall require.
   (B)   (1)   The license fee for a pawnbroker shall be determined in accordance with § 110.022(A) of this code of ordinances.
      (2)   Fee payments as well as renewal billings shall be governed by §§ 110.022(B) and 110.023 of this code of ordinances.
