§ 72.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any violation of this chapter shall be classified as an infraction and are subject to impound at owner’s expense.

   (B)   Any violation of § 72.005 of this chapter is an infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed the amount set by the state’s Uniform Fine/Bail Forfeiture Schedule.

   (C)   Any violation of § 72.019 of this chapter shall be punished as an infraction as defined by state law. Any vehicles parked in violation of § 72.019 of this chapter may be towed away by the city at the registered owner’s sole cost and expense.
