(A) Unless previously authorized by the city, it shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked, any motor vehicle in any parking lot owned by the city, except in the designated parking lots and within a single lined parking stall. The city may designate (by sign, painting or otherwise) specific lined parking stalls for use exclusively by designated individuals and/or employees.
(B) Unless previously authorized by the city, it shall be unlawful for any person to park or cause to be parked, any motor vehicle in any parking lot owned by the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
