§ 52.108 SEWAGE DISPOSAL; RATES.

Any person or entity desiring to dump sewage at the Bridgeport Lagoon owned by the city shall first pay the City Clerk/Treasurer a dump fee, in advance, at the following rates:

(A) Five dollars for 500 or less gallons; and

(B) One dollar per hundred gallons for any excess over 500 gallons.
