§ 52.999 PENALTY.

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided in § 52.107, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $100 for each violation. Each 24-hour period in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
