1705.081 EXEMPTION.

The building permit and inspection fees imposed by Section 1705.08 of this article shall not apply to the construction, alteration or improvement of churches, synagogues or other places of worship, or to the construction, alteration, or improvement of buildings or other projects owned by any federal, state, county, municipal, board of education, or other government agency.
