§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 93.02, on conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $25 nor less than $5, and costs of prosecution.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating the provisions of § 93.03 shall be fined not less than $1 or more than $25 for each offense.
   (D)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 93.15 through 93.30 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
   (E)   Any person who falls to comply with the provisions of § 93.26 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
